I.The trustees of the Association for the purposes of registration shall be elected at a General Meeting charged with the responsibility of selecting the Trustees
with at least 50% of the members present.

II. The trustees shall not be more than 10 (ten) in number.

III. A trustee, once elected shall hold office for 20 years but shall cease to hold office if he/she

1. Resigns from office
2. Ceases to be a member of the Association
3. Becomes insane
4. Is convicted of a criminal offence by a court of competent jurisdiction
5. Is recommended for removal from office by the Executive Committee or
   Governing Council, followed by a majority vote of the General Meeting

IV. Upon vacancy in the number of Trustees, a General Meeting must be held to appoint another eligible member of the Association.
